If you are awarded a jacket by your school, you are responsible for purchasing any sleeve patches and back names you desire. If your school does not pay for your jacket, then you MAY have the option of purchasing a jacket, depending on your school/school district’s guidelines. If allowed, you would be responsible for the cost of the jacket, as well as any patches you desire.
The school awards the jacket with the award letter, which is sewn on the front, left side of the jacket. Each award letter comes with an insert designating the activity in which the student has earned the jacket. You are financially responsible for anything else that you might wish to have on your jacket to show your achievements. If your organization does not provide you with the jacket, then you are responsible for the jacket and patches. Jackets must be earned through the school.
If you do not have your jacket yet, the best place to order your Patches is at the order-taking session at your school. This will ensure that all Patches are sewn on to your jacket when it arrives.

At the in-school order taking session, a trained Dilly Letter Jacket Representative will assist you with Sample Jackets (sizes Youth- 8XL) to ensure a proper fit. You will actually try these jackets on, so a measuring device will not be used.
